Refund policy

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

All downloaded items are NOT eligible for refunds.

We do not accept refunds or returns on custom orders.  If you cancel a custom order during production any deposit made will not be refunded.
