Shipping policy

Processing Time Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase. Occasionally we need to make an item like the frog closures to replenish the stock if that is the case it can take a few more days.  Special or custom orders may require additional production time of up to 3 months — estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of order.

Shipping Carrier & Methods We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Free Shipping Enjoy free shipping on all domestic orders of $100.00 or more.

Domestic Shipping Only At this time, Mystic Oz BJD ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
